Suggestion:

We recommend customers to submit their applications at least 4 weeks before they require their passport to travel. You should not make any travel arrangements until the new passport is received, as the Embassy cannot be responsible for costs incurred as a result of disrupted travel plans.

Opening hours for passport applications:

Monday to Thursday: 8.00am – 4.00pm
Friday: 8.00am – 2.00pm
Passport applications are accepted Monday-Thursday 8.00am-12.00pm only.
