Mr Matthew Forbes OBE has been appointed Her Majesty's High Commissioner to the Republic of Seychelles in succession to Mr Fergus Cochrane-Dyet, who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Forbes will take up his appointment during July 2009.
